Serial entrepreneur and neuroscientist, helping immigrants rebuild their life abroad.
Payam Bahrampoor has experienced migration twice, first to Istanbul and then to London. Through these transitions, he developed a practical understanding of what it means to rebuild life from scratch: losing established structures, identities, networks, and certainty, then constructing them again in a new environment.
His work is grounded in both scientific and entrepreneurial experience. He studied applied neuroscience at King’s College London and executive business management at NEOMA Business School. He is now studying Educational Leadership at Brunel University London.
Alongside his academic background, Payam has founded and scaled more than nine businesses, managed teams of over 200 people, built a large educational audience, and trained hundreds of thousands of people in communication, personal development, business, and decision-making.
Through Brain CEO, he now focuses on applying brain-based strategies to immigrants who feel stuck abroad, helping them regain direction, rebuild cognitive and emotional capacity, and reconstruct life with more clarity, structure, and purpose.
